HMG Response to novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Update 2
We recognise that COVID-19 situation continues to evolve rapidly and that responding to the pandemic requires us to adjust our operations, while minimising disruption. HMG remains committed first and foremost to the health and safety of our employees, their families and our customers and business partners.
We will continue to provide you with regular updates and communication on how we are managing and adjusting our operations and support for your business. Our approach will need to continue to adjust based on the specific government health initiatives. Currently, I am pleased to confirm that:
- Our Business continues to be fully operational with increased hygiene and social distancing in place for our employees, visiting customers and suppliers.
- Our sales team and technical support staff continue to operate as normal, we are available to take your enquiries and to assist you in achieving your maintenance goals.
- Our production capacity continues to grow, and our staff are committed to delivering quality outcomes, on time, to maximise your asset up-time.
Our supply chain remains robust and we are monitoring this daily. We acknowledge that emerging challenges with border closures and airline changes may occur. Despite the Queensland and Northern Territory borders closing soon; freight and logistics providers remain exempt from this and are continuing as normal. We have confidence in our inventory, domestic and international capability to supply your needs. We are monitoring domestic freight and successfully moving freight to alternate modes, where needed, to minimise any potential impact.
These are dynamic and rapidly changing times. We are here to support you and your business and ask that you continue normal operations with us.
